Growing in God

This is the third most important thing to do as a believer in the Lord. Just as we are growing up from when we were born to now as a kid and in just a few years you'll be a preteen, then teen, then adult. It may not seem fast, but believe me it is and as time goes on you'll see what I'm talking about.  So it is spiritually, we must grow in the Lord as we do physically. By praying, reading you bible, and sharing with others about the good news of Jesus!

So that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.           Ephesians 3:17-19

Therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, having been firmly rooted and now being built up in Him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed, and overflowing with gratitude.
                                                           Colossians 2:6-7

Like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation    
                                                                       1 Peter 2:2

I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing.                                               John 15:5

But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ,
